Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact details.

Payments can be made through UPI, Cards, Wallets, Online Banking, or other available payment methods.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification will be subject to company policies.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Foodie U will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.

Customers are advised to check their order at the time of delivery.

4. Refund & Coupon Policy

Any approved refund amount will be provided only in the form of a Coupon Code.

The Coupon Code can be used only on the customer’s next order.

Refund coupons cannot be converted into cash, bank transfer, or wallet balance.

Misbehave with delivery partners, staff, or other users
